What is it

DATABUILD is a useful tool for supervising the building property of municipal authorities. It offers building management and real- time energy consumption monitoring. It was created by DATAGRID in collaboration with the Laboratory of Decision Systems and Management of the School of Electrical Engineering of the National Technical University of Athens.

DATABUILD provides information on exact location, usage, type, date of manufacture, etc. of the building and can also act as a search index, with criteria that vary according to the user's choice. Data can be viewed in many formats, tables, tabs, interactive maps, statistics, which, in combination, provide a complete picture of municipal property facilitating its monitoring. At the same time, it serves to monitor the actual consumption and conditions of a building for its intelligent energy management.

Utilities

Through DATABUILD, it is possible to present the current energy consumption in real time, as well as all other measurements. In addition, with the help of the stored data, it is possible to plan actions of more efficient management, reduction of energy consumption and energy costs. Immediate consequence of this implementation will be the ability to prepare the building installation to obtain the ISO 50001 certification.

In this tab, the user can choose for which building he wants to view or edit the following items:

Total energy consumption
Consumption of electricity, oil, gas and RES
Systems for heating, cooling, ventilation, hot water
Lighting

In this tab the user can see:

Consumption
Costs
CO2 emissions
Energy balance

In this tab, the user can view the location of each building with exact coordinates and get directions on how to navigate to it.

In this tab, the user can extract the Excel file with the energy data of each building per year in the form requested by the Ministry and submit it directly. In addition, they can see the date each energy report was submitted each year.

In this tab, the user can export the general information of the buildings (year of construction, use, location, etc.). Adding filters is an extra feature (per Municipal Unit, Use, etc.).
