DATAGRID Ltd. is implementing the project "Development of an Innovative Application for Effective Task and Project Management" (Proposal No. 112848) financed under action 16706 "Digital Transformation of Small and Medium-Sized Enterprises", with a total budget of € 249,000.00.
This investment aims to develop an application for planning, managing and monitoring tasks and projects. This application will have a user-friendly interface and simple settings, making it accessible to a wide range of users, from individuals and small businesses to larger companies. There will also be the option to expand the application's functionality through customisation.
The application's primary function will be to serve as a project planning and monitoring platform that is free from complexity. In simple terms, users will be able to configure and monitor workflow quickly and easily without worrying too much about the process. Ultimately, the goal is for even those unfamiliar with the application to easily understand the workflow and use it with ease.
The application will enable users to define and schedule tasks and link them to projects and deliverables. It will also support the entry of additional information, such as the delivery date of a deliverable or the completion date of tasks and projects. Users can then assign themselves to projects and deliverables with different roles depending on their level of responsibility. Finally, a summary page will show all the tasks for each project in which the user is involved. If the user participates in projects across multiple organisations, the summary page will display all the associated tasks.
